The Art Museum owns copyright of all photographic material and text appearing on this website. Please note that the artworks on display are subject to additional copyright restrictions. If an artist is alive or has been dead for less than 50 years there will be a separate copyright in the artwork itself owned by the artist, the artist’s estate or as specified under individual entries. It is your responsibility to obtain permission from the copyright holder or their agent before making a reproduction of any work of art appearing on this website, or this will constitute an infringement of copyright.

posted, faxed or e-mailed. Telephonic requests will not be considered.
Permission is granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Art
Museum. A reproduction fee may be charged.
