Opening address by Dr Melanie Hillebrand, art historian and artist, former Director of the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Art Museum.
An exhibition organized by ArtEC and the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan ART Museum to commemorate the centenary of the Eastern Province Society of Arts and Culture (now ARTEC). Artworks on display will be loaned from past members and will be selected from the Art Museum’s permanent collection.
