Crafters residing in the Nelson Mandela Bay area are invited to present a display of their top craft products at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Art Museum at 1 Park Drive Central on 4 April 2025 between 10:00 and 13:00 to be considered for the SPLASH FESTIVAL NMBM CRAFT STALL
Terms and conditions
- A service provider/organizer, Soul Good, has been contracted to manage the festival.
- If you are selected you will be contacted within 48 hours after selection and thereafter you will have to sign a contract.
- Selected Crafters are to oversee their own stall for the duration of the Splash Festival from the 18 until 21 April 2025, from 9am until 9pm at the beachfront in Summerstrand. Setup is on Thursday, 17 April 2025.
- Selected Crafters are responsible for their own sales and are to have their own speedpoint etc.
- Selected Crafters are responsible for their own transport daily and the delivery of their craft products at the beginning and end of the festival.
- Each exhibitor needs to ensure that they have enough completed products to sell for the duration of the festival. A trestle table and chair will be provided but crafters are to bring additional décor.
- The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality and organisers are not responsible for the theft or damage of any craft products.
- The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality and Art Museum staff reserve the right to reproduce selected works in digital/paper publications for publicity reasons without compensation to the crafter.
