The Friends of the Art Museum is a Public Benefit organisation that has supported the Art Museum for over 50 years. One of the many ways that the Friends organisation supports the Art Museum is by raising funding for the purchases of new artworks for the collection. Highlights from Friends of the Art Museum donations will be selected for show.
The FRIENDS of the Art Museum take pride in Nelson Mandela Bay’s Visual Art Collection and are investing in its development, preservation and celebration. We welcome FRIENDS to join us in creating a vibrant arts, culture and heritage community in Nelson Mandela Bay.
The Friends purpose is to support the art museum and to purchase artworks for the collection. Your donation or annual subscription fee contributes to making the Friends a more resilient organisation.
